What do you wear to an Osteopath appointment?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily & relax during your treatment. You may bring shorts or exercise pants in case we need to work on your lower limbs. To obtain a better assessment, correct diagnosis & efficient treatment you may be requested to change down to your underwear so please wear appropriate under garments. We will always ensure you are comfortable so please let us know if this is not suitable for you.
What do I need to bring with me to my Osteopath appointment?
If you have an existing ACC injury claim please bring these details. Please also bring a list of your medications, any relevant X-ray & imaging reports, test results & referral letters from specialist, doctor or other health professional. These will help us understand your presentation & symptoms better.
